Fiona Kashmer
"I believe we can provide something really unique for our clients by applying our training methodology to virtual sessions. I really enjoy showing people that by training with intensity and precision, they can get huge benefit from very little time commitment."
Fiona has an Honors Undergraduate degree in Sports Science, Masters degree in Strength and Conditioning, the NSCA CSCS and ISSA Nutrition Specialist certification. She has been a trainer since 2003 working in a variety of sports and commercial gyms, competing in bodybuilding since 2004.

Miriam Dunleavy

Miriam uses exclusively bio-mechanically precise Med X equipment in a supervised studio environment. She will devise a safe, time and time efficient program, specifically tailored to suit your needs and goals. Miriam has been a HIT Personal Trainer with a High Intensity Training Specialization for the past 4 years and previously worked as a nurse for the past 25yrs.

Sean Dunleavy
Seán has always had an interest in researching strategies to improve health and fitness; He initially came across high intensity training in 2018, in search of an efficient strength training method which would fit his busy schedule.
Through high intensity practitioner Doug McGuff, Seán began his high intensity strength training journey.
Currently Seán uses the concentric only training method, which involves using only one rep of an exercise to illicit muscular failure.
Although Sean does not actively train clients for Optima, he is a passionate and firm believer in our strength training method.
