Fiona Kashmer
Fiona has an Honors Undergraduate degree in Sports Science, Masters degree in Strength and Conditioning, the NSCA CSCS and ISSA Nutrition Specialist certification. She has been a trainer since 2003 working in a variety of sports and commercial gyms, competing in bodybuilding since 2004.
